A Scheme to Solve TCP Transmission Problem in Data Center

摘要
Data center communications has been facing the TCP incast problem. Most existing work addressing this problem is based on the modification of the mechanism of TCP. In this paper, we proposed a new scheme to solve this problem. The basic idea of our scheme is to limit the maximum burst size that can transfer in the networks of data center by limiting the number of pipeline TCP connection. The packet lost can be canceled and the throughput of data center can be increased greatly.
