摘要：

Based on the microcosmic data of a survey, this paper conducts a quantitative analysis of wage differentials of college graduates in recent ten years to examine the sophistication of college graduates' employment quality and market. The analysis of Oaxaca decomposition result of average wage in all sectors, industries and areas marks that in most situations, the wage differentials among college graduates are caused by coefficient difference, or factors of sectors, industries and regional market segmentation to be short.
