摘要
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled 4-week trial, 59 patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis were treated orally with 10 mg of the leukoriene antagonist montelukast. Forty-seven patients completed the study. No difference in efficacy was seen among patients who received montelukast and the group given a placebo.
