摘要
Due to its high power density, high torque density and other characteristics, high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor is used widely, However, there are a variety of losses existing in motor when it runs at high speed. Meantime, the motor has many complex changes in temperature field. All of these will damage the stability of motor. So, it's of importance to research about its the internal loss and temperature field, This paper takes the 10Kw high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor developed and designed in the project as an example. Analyzing and calculating the thermal characteristics. Focusing on the loss and temperature field of the motor, The finite element software is used to analyze the steady state and transient state of the motor model, and relatively intuitive calculation values are obtained. Combined with the actual operating conditions of the actual safe and efficient operation of the motor to provide a practical theoretical basis
