摘要
Contamination of groundwater with aromatic, aliphatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons can be successfully remediated by in-situ bioremediation. To optimize the biological degradation of pollutants, different redox conditions (methanogenic / methylotrophic) have to be generated in the aquifer. A case study is presented to illustrate the different steps of treatment and the observed reactions.
