摘要：
Over a decade and a half ago, I wrote an advocacy article entitled "The Importance of Open Access, Open Source, and Open Standards for Libraries." I thought it would be interesting to revisit the article and see how much things have changed since that time. While open access, open source, and open standards continue to be important to libraries, looking back we can see that not everything is what I thought it would be.
