On the Inter Generational Conflict and Communication in the Family

With the economic development of our country and the progress of society, people's thoughts and values are also constantly updating and changing, and the inter generation conflict gradually becomes the social focus. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of the generational conflict between parents and children. Using case study method and taking typical case as example, this paper covers the forms, reasons and trend of development, seeking practical methods and approaches for dealing with the inter generational conflict and then promoting the inter generational communication.
