摘要：
A 5V/12V switched capacitor (SC) DC-DC converter fabricated in a hybrid monolithic integration technology is presented. The technology combines a standard BiCMOS process with Al/Ta2O5/p-Si capacitor process to fabricate the DC-DC converter with larger capacitors. The topological design, properly simulation and the integration process of the inductorless DC-DC converter are described in details. This new design makes the output features of the converter more flexible and more stable.
