摘要：

The paper analyzes the contradictions between retirement system and aging population. The paper puts forward the conclusion that adjusting the legal retirement age is the effective way to solve the aging population through referencing foreign experience for deal with aging population. The paper brings forward some suggestions to solve aging population: putting the policy that lengthening retirement age for female employee in time, lengthening retirement age step by step. dealing with the relationship between retirement age and employment. The paper use data calculates to dynamically simulate lengthening female employee retirement age to add value of pension insurance funds and use a large number of data to explained the effect of lengthening retirement age for aging population.
