摘要：
In this paper, the actuality of network system is briefly analyzed and the concept of intelligent integrated network management(IINM) is introduced. In order to implement the functions of IINM effectively and efficiently, distributed cooperative multi agent model(DCMAM) is proposed. Especially, the structural of intelligent agent(IA) and the mechanism of the cooperation of multi agents are described in detail. At last, an example is showed.
