摘要
As most of the existing intersection phase time allocation methods can only be applied to the determined signal phase design scheme, in the meanwhile they only concerned about the passage efficiency of critical movement and single phase movement, the traffic demands of non-critical movement, overlap phase movement, and jump phase movement were ignored accordingly. For this reason, an objective function of phase time allocation based on traffic demand of automobile was proposed in this paper. And a basic phase time allocation model under the constraint of pedestrian crossing demand at intersection was presented. Aiming at the optimization problem of multiple selectable signal phase design schemes, optimization selecting method for multiple schemes was proposed. Aiming at the phase time allocation problem of multiple overlap phase movement, jump phase movement, and non-critical movement, a multi-round phase time allocation method was proposed. The case analysis shows that this method can be applied to various signal phase design patterns. Through optimization of signal phase structure and multi-round allocation of phase time, the optimized selection of signal phase design scheme can be achieved. In addition, this method can deal with the situation of overlaps, jump phase, and other complex phase design, and take into account the crossing pedestrian demand, which can improve the overall operating efficiency of intersection.
