Is Axillary Lymphonodectomy Indicated Where the Axillary Sentinel Lymph Node is Negative and the Intramammary Lymph Node is Positive?

摘要：
Despite confirmed tumor infiltration into intramammary lymph node, we are of the opinion that axillary lymphonodectomy is not indicated in cases with a negative axillary sentinel lymph node.
