摘要
In order to accurately assess the physical ability of Chinese elite female football players in matches and provide corresponding information for coaches, the authors analyzed the running ability of Chinese elite female football players in the Fifth China National Football Championship with SIMI-scout software. The study shows that their overall average running distance is 7157+/-138 meters, with 12.3 percent running distance of high intensity, 25.7 percent running distance of middle intensity, and 62 percent running distance of low intensity. The authors found that there are remarkable differences (P<0.05) and significant differences (P<0.01) among the running distance of different intensity by forwards, midfielders and defenders. The authors also noticed that the running distance of the total and of high intensity by China elite female football players is obviously less than that of the foreign elite female football players.
