摘要
Dynamic environment requires that the environmental and resource-based approaches to competitive advantage should be united jointly for dynamic competitive analysis. By reviewing researches on the acquisition and sustainability of competitive advantage made from. resource-based view (RBV) perspective, too much static limits of existing theory in theoretical analysis and managerial practice are pointed out in this paper. Then, aiming at the dynamics of market environment as well as deficiencies of existing theory, an analytical framework for dynamic RBV integrating internal resources and capabilities. and external environment of a firm, is presented to meet the need for theory and practice more efficiently. Subsequently, scanning external environment, analyzing internal organization, and formulating strategy, as three important stages of dynamic competitive analysis, are introduced particularly to address the nature of dynamic analysis of RBV. In the end, managerial implications for a company's strategic management are provided.
