Specificity of strategic management in higher education institutions

摘要
The primary goal of a higher education at a present stage is maintenance of a labor market with qualitative labor resources. There is a necessity of studying the link between a higher educational institution and a labor market, which shows the certain requirements - specialization, qualification, and personal qualities of labor force. It is about understanding and reactions of a higher educational institution to the needs of the labor market that should be reflected in the development of strategic management by a higher educational institution. Competitiveness of a higher educational institution is to accumulate and develop knowledge, to use the specialized knowledge for satisfaction of workplaces that finally creates long-term competitive advantages of a higher educational institution. Need for transition from a "gross" principle of training to the training that stimulates individual development and creative initiative of students arose at the given stage of education system development in the Republic Development of narrow specialization should play a big role in this. The actual problem in the sphere of higher education is the discrepancy between the requirements of a labor market and the level of acquired education on a chosen specialty.
