摘要：

Education Master is a professional degree in training of high-level teachers and administrators in elementary education. Exploring the training mode and improving the training quality has been the focus of the normal universities. In this article, an open training mode to improving Education Master's comprehensive ability was explored and improved. Several aspects in the open training mode including construction of teachers team, curriculum program, teaching mode as well as the supervising and writing of the thesis. The practice showed that the suggested mode was benefit for the improving the comprehensive ability.
