摘要：
The article presents the author's model of pricing at a housing market. Economic indicators for carrying out the analysis are determined in the article. The analysis of prices at the housing market of CIS countries using the Moscow city case study with the post-Soviet time framework is carried out from the microeconomic viewpoint.
