摘要
The work carried out is in the research of the flow of thermoset resin reinforced by short carbon fibers. The influence of reinforcing of strength properties of made plane samples is estimated. Intercomparison of molding of samples from resin of ETAL Carbon-M and molding of samples made of resin of ETAL Carbon-M, reinforced by short carbon fibers with a length of 1 mm, and a weight content of 1,745% (volume percent of 1,145%) is carried out. The technology of the mixing of resin with reinforcing fibers in vacuum, which prevents aeration of bubble marks is developed. The tool for the molding of plates is made from thermoset reinforced by short carbon fibers. The technology of molding of thermoset is carried out by means of a specially developed tool consisting of a cylinder and a piston installed on the universal servohydraulic machine MTS 793. Comparison of distribution pictures of molding of the front of the the plates in the cases of molding of clean and reinforced resin is carried out. Test results on expansion of samples made of plate show that the reinforcing of resin increases the strength of samples by 18% and the stiffness of samples of 9%. (C) 2017 The Authors.
