摘要：
Merely involving the users in software development won't guarantee system success. User involvement is a complex, multifaceted phenomenon with a good side, a bad side, and an ugly side. A better, deeper understanding of those sides can help project managers develop responsive strategies for increasing user involvement's effectiveness. © 2018 IEEE.
