摘要
Analytic Hierarchy Process is used as a powerful decision-making tool in a choice of software development environment of IT-company. This problem is of crucial importance for many IT companies and single developers. It is highly complicated due to the involvement of many contradicting criteria of choice and an absence of numerical assessments. A Saaty method shows an efficiency for the problem under consideration. The constructed model can be easily extended onto a wide class of decision-making tasks arising in the IT field and many other research areas.
