摘要
Electrical control system is the core of CNC machine tools. Its reliability level has a direct impact on the overall performance of CNC machine tools. Therefore, the electrical control should be designed normatively according to its principles to ensure safe and reliable operation of CNC machine tools. Based on the perspective of CNC machine tools' control and management, this paper designs the electrical control system of CNC machine tools, and improves its design from monitoring and emergency stop protection circuit, power supply circuit, hardware circuit design etc. Then it analyzes the reliability index, current situation and new index of numerical control electric control system in order to improve the reliability of CNC system through the implementation of the reliability growth technology of the CNC system.
