摘要
In recent years, flotation agents of iron ores have developed rapidly, especially regulators. Regulator is the generic term for agents that are used to change the role of collector or the foaming agent in solid-liquid interface or gas-liquid interface, as well as adjust the nature of ore pulp (medium) and mineral particles aggregation state. It can be divided into activators, inhibitors, pH regulators, flocculants, and dispersing agent, which are mostly inorganic acid salts, organic polymers, etc. This article outlines the basic process of iron ore flotation and the types of iron ore flotation chemicals. It introduces the research and development status of iron ore flotation agent and reviews the performance of the new iron ore flotation agents.
