Study on preparation and wear properties of C/C-SiC composites

摘要
In this paper, the experiment for preparing C/C-SiC composites by mould pressing technology and friction and wear characteristics of composites were researched. Favorable preparation conditions of the C/C-SiC composites were investigated by orthogonal design experiment and influences of different preparation factors on the test results discussed. The wear rate of C/C-SiC composites is lowest when carbon fiber content is 60%, solution concentration is 20%, Resin: graphite powder is 5:5, content of silicon is 1.
