摘要
In this paper we try to elucidate the physical significance of the analytical solutions in the Peyrard-Bishop-Dauxois (extended Peyrard-Bishop) model of DNA dynamics. We discuss the impact of some parameters of the model, especially the harmonic constant of the helicoidal springs. We study both the case of DNA dynamics when viscosity is ignored and when it is taken into consideration.
