Reflection on the Exploration and Practice of the Solutions to the Reform of College Sports

The transformation of the traditional educational and teaching concepts and the introduction of the new teaching concepts and the curriculum standards into the reform of the physical education in colleges and universities can actively promote the quality education of the college students. In the process of the curriculum reform of college sports, the basic directions and goals of the reform have the strong guidance on the specific sports teaching. In this paper, from the analysis of the existing problems and shortcomings in the current teaching process of the physical education in colleges and universities, combined with the specific requirements on the promotion of the reform of the physical education in colleges and universities, through the integration of the cognition and concepts of the cultivation of the college students, the author explores the ways out and the concrete practice concepts of the reform of the college physical education.
