摘要
This paper studied the impact of staffing control and culture control exercised by host parent firm on IJV knowledge acquisition and technical innovation. Taking enterprises in Pearl Delta areas as investigation object, we gathered 96 samples, built theory model through literature study and interview, proposed the research hypothesizes, constructed the structure equation and carried on an empirical study on the relations of these variables. Our study discovered that the staffing control has remarkable direct positive effects on culture control; the culture control has remarkable direct positive effect on IJV tacit knowledge acquisition; IJV tacit knowledge acquisition has remarkable direct positive effect on IJV technique innovation. Generally speaking culture control plays an important role in staffing control and IJV tacit knowledge acquisition, and tacit knowledge acquisition is the main source for the improvement of IJV technical innovation.
