摘要：
Improvement and enhancement of the processes will be the main focus of operational success for all manufacturing industries especially in Wafer Fabrication. To accomplish this objective, Silterra Malaysia has implemented a real-time user validation system which is integrated with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) system known as Real-Time Monitoring User Certification and Validation System. The Real-Time Monitoring User Certification and Validation System is responsible for prohibiting unauthorized user from using sophisticated and high technology tools in SilTerra's fab and also introduces a paperless certification system. This paper will present the whole structure of auto certification system and it is benefits to SilTerra.
