The results of R&D in various fields have crystallized around the development of increasingly intelligent sensors and machines, conceived to protect workers from welding hazards and to increase productivity as well as the quality of welded products. What are the most exciting developments in the automatic welding processes of the future? Will intelligent robot welders surpass the autonomy of human ones?
