摘要
A sol-gel-based hybrid polymer (ORMOCERA (R)) was used as matrix for BN particles with an average diameter of 3 A mu m in order to increase thermal conductivity. Mechanical properties, thermal stability, dielectric constant and thermal conductivity were measured and compared to similar composites with organic polymer.
