摘要
The impact of grey and recycled water to tall fescue turf was evaluated. The study was comprised in containers with a size of 2x2x0.22 m (n=9), filled with loamy sand soil and irrigated either by fresh - that served as reference -, grey and recycled water. Measurements included the determination of soil volumetric water content, fresh and dry mass of clippings, red and green normalized difference vegetation indices (RNDVI and GNDVI) and green turf cover index (GTC). A beneficial reduction of biomass production was observed when grey and recycled water was used. This was not accompanied by negative impacts on turfgrass quality. All reflectance indices remained at high levels for all treatments, indicating that both grey and recycled water were able to provide turfgrass of adequate quality.
