The effect of the Single-Chip in the teaching of the university has been discussed in this paper first. And then the reason causing the characteristics of teaching Single-Chip which are teaching effect bad difficulty to study for undergraduate and hard to teach for teacher is analyzed. At last the measurements to improve the teaching effect of Single-Chip are given, the first one, making the first class as excellent as possible to arouse the student much enthusiasm to learn Single-Chip, at the same time telling students it is difficult to learn this cause and then strengthening their confidences to master Single-Chip, the second one, adopting proper appliance, the third one, making use of simulate software to imitate the reality to short the distance between students and the Single-Chip, the forth one, strengthening the practice including the curriculum design, graduation design and the Single-Chip competition.
