摘要
Location problem in supply chain is important constituent and prior condition of logistics dispatching. Nowadays research on logistics theories is being more and more meticulous, but relatively low temperature and cold chain logistics has not been focused which is a special kind of logistics. Meanwhile there is not a sort of reasonable approach at location facet of cold chain logistics dispatching to provide assistance to government and enterprise for planning and deciding. Without regard to qualitative effect, this paper optimized location model of cold chain logistics dispatching centre, then researched the effect outside temperature change led to choosing difference, which is done to bring better utility to economy and society.
