摘要
Recently, many negative accidents happened in enterprise requested Positive organizational management. We coded and concluded 26 piece of characteristics in positive organizational management through collected the description on Positive organizational management of employees. Through principal component analysis and structural equation model verify, we propose that positive organizational management was composed of three aspects including incentive factor, culture factor, and work factor. Results show positive organization management is not difficult to implement, the key is to establish a fair promotion mechanism and provides the comfortable work environment.
