摘要：
The goal of this paper is to define the spaces V-sigma 0(lambda) (p) and V-sigma(lambda) (p) by using de la Vall ' ee Poussin and invariant mean. Furthermore, we characterize certain matrices in V-sigma(lambda) which will up a gap in the existing literature.
