摘要
The paper introduces the basic principle, composition and technologic application of Geomagnetic Aided Inertial Navigation System (GAINS). Two frameworks of GAINS are commonly used, one of which is based on matching algorithm and the other is based on stochastic linear technology. Although they work on some different principles, there are many commonalities, such as data grid interpolation generating geomagnetic map, selection process of matching area and instrument performance which are provided and analyzed. In brief, this paper discusses several key techniques of navigation system, which include geomagnetic digital maps, algorithms in matching and searching, stochastic linearization technology, integrated navigation and digital correlation equipment, vector degaussing regulators, magnetometer, then some appropriate resolving schemes are described and analyzed. The application and future of system are forecasted at last.
