摘要
The paper presents the proposed direction for development adequate human resources in support of a nuclear power program. Taking into account the existing national education program related to nuclear field and nuclear energy, and having available nuclear educational programs under IAEA, EHRO and the national programs, an assessment is completed and recommendations are proposed for establishing human resource infrastructure in the field of nuclear energy in Macedonia. Also, recommendations are made for establishing a national body and agency for nuclear power program implementation in Macedonia.
