摘要
Different study methods and limited research measurements make the research results concerning sprint-technique always controversial Recently, most recognized researches examine the matter from kinematic and dynamic angles by means of high-speed film and its analytic information, and some characters about human nerve-control and about isotonic-training design used m sport-technique training are often ignored From the beginning of stereotype process, the forming of sprint-technique is accompanied by nerve-control all along As one of mechanical movements, human-competitive sprint has already had many differences from ordinary non-competitive running, resulting from unceasing summary and improvement in sport-technique design During the course of technique-forming, the former emphasizes human-brain's understanding of competitive technique movement and body s efficient implementation On the other hand, motion-control training is always emphasized in modern sprint training What is the key in sprint isotonic-control techniques? What assistant-movement design should be focused on? Relevant analysis and demonstration are presented in this article
