Research on the Development of Sunlight Sports in Colleges and the Education Reform Orientation under the Background of Lifetime Sports

In this paper, we conduct research on general development of the sunlight sports in colleges and the education reform orientation under the background of the lifetime sports. Sports work in the colleges and universities is a complex and systematic project, in the face of new period students are increasingly mature mentality and the specific school-age outlook on life, values, sports teachers' teaching work is facing the unprecedented challenges, teaching achievements appeared more unstable factors. In a number of factors, the teaching method is good or bad, whether properly will play a vital role, it is the important guarantee of university sports teaching quality is the key to the success or the failure about the teaching effect. Our research combines the lifetime sports concept and the sunlight sports principles to form the optimized teaching system which will be meaningful.
