摘要：
The paper discusses the category of risk and the management strategy in MIS software construction project based on the deep analysis of the decision, implementation, and application stage and risk characteristics in MIS software construction project. Also, it researches on five steps: risk identification, risk analysis, risk plan, risk tracking, and risk response combined with the characteristics of MIS software construction project and the theory, technology and method of Project Risk Management. Finally, it offers coping strategies to the main risks.
