摘要
Learner autonomy is gaining prominence. This concept which could not yet be established as universal learning goal despite its many pros, is frequently mentioned in relation with ICT as a growing sector. But what conceptions do the digital tools assign to learner autonomy in the context of teaching and learning foreign languages? To what extent do they really contribute in promoting learner autonomy compared to self-learning-concepts? An analysis of digital tools for teaching and learning foreign languages aims to identify the underlying concepts of learner autonomy in order to find an answer.
