Study on the Effect to Enterprise Technical Ability by Industry-University Cooperation Mode

In recent years the development. of information and communication technology has a more important and ever increasing impact on those technology-based businesses. The fierce market competition is forcing the enterprises to seek effective and efficient ways to transform knowledge into technical ability. With such an understanding, the paper establishes the common dynamic mode of technology transfer in Industry-University cooperation through the analysis of the relationship between three factors of University-Industry interdependence, technical characteristics and organization learning involved in Industry-University cooperation. For the research this paper establishes a hypothesis that there is a positive correlation between these three factors and the development of enterprise technical ability. To test the hypothesis an empirical research is conducted in some manufacturing enterprises in Hubei Province, China.
