摘要
The process control scheme presented in this paper is based in the relationship between statistical process control and process adjustment in boiler feedwater cycle corresponding to a thermal power system line, and is focused on the steam condensate treatment at the thermic cycle. Silica monitoring is considered a fundamental task to preserve the cycle components' therefore the objective is to outline an strategy that takes into account possible disturbances which may lead the process to shift from the concentration value tolerance, and to design a system for this case. The aim of this paper is to describe a parametric time series model that captures the dynamic features of the silica samples, knowing a tendency by a set of forecast-based monitoring methods so as to avoid a reactive control, i.e. phosphate dosage. This sort of hiding problems makes control of boiler water chemistry difficult causing corrosion of furnace wall tubes.
