Determination of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Si, Fe and Cu in rare earth aluminum alloy by photoeletric direct reading spectrometry

摘要
A method for the determination of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Si, Fe and Cu in rare earth aluminum alloy by photoelectric direct reading spectrometry is proposed. The optimal condition and source mode were selected, and source is used in full power mode. The flush time, pre-burn time and exposure time are three seconds, five seconds and ten seconds, respectively. Taking solid specimen, the sample pre-treatment is simple. The method is simple, rapid, and has higher sensitivity and accuracy. The RSD is less than 6% for the analytical range of 0.001%-0.02%, and is less than 3% for the analytical range of 0.02%-0.3%. The determined values of standard samples are in good agreement with certified values.
