摘要：
At present, the image information retrieval technology based on ontology has become a research hotspot in the retrieval engine research field. In this paper, the use-case model and the design goal in image retrieval system based on ontology are analyzed; a design framework for meeting the design goal is proposed; the system structure design and related key technical problems are discussed. In addition, a prototype system is implemented. Experimental results show that the retrieval system framework based on ontology proposed in this paper is feasible and effective.
