摘要：

This paper applies the method of document data and field visit to research on the current personnel training of fourteen higher sports institutions in China from three levels, that is undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctor. The research shows that there are some newly added interdisciplinary majors in single-subject sports institutions no matter it is undergraduate, postgraduate or doctor. Meanwhile, there are some existing problems in training progress such as target deletions and shortage of teachers.
