摘要
Number concentration and size distribution emitted from high pressure common rail diesel engine are investigated on the test rig, which are measured using electrical low pressure impactor (ELPI). Particle size distributions were measured at different injection pressures and different injection advanced angles. The results of the number concentration of particles distribution at A 25% engine condition are analyzed. The coarse mode particles varied little with injection pressure and injection advanced angle. To lower the accumulation mode particles emission, the rail pressure and the injection advanced angle increase were found to be an effective means. With the increase of the injection pressure, the dominant part of the total number emission shifted to nuclei mode particles. Both injection pressure and injection advanced angles increase, the nuclei mode particles emission would be increased obviously.
