摘要
The paper describes the design of a rail defect detection system,which is suitable for 43 kg/m to 75 kg/m rails' in service inspection requirements.The defect acquisition module of the system is composed of some conventional probes and phased array probes. In defect signal processing module, FPGA was used to deal with the multi-channel defect data by using its parallel processing function. The system has the advantages of high detection accuracy, high detection rate,etc.,60kg/m rail detection accuracy of up to 6mm, the highest detection rate of up to 90km/h, with a certain practical value.
