摘要
Successful implementation of e-learning is determined by a number of factors. These factors include the availability of technology, availability and recency of learning materials, methods of delivery, standard implementations of e-learning official service, to the management of the implementation of e-learning. These factors have been the focus of previous studies. In the field of information systems, support from organization management has been identified as one important success factor of successful implementation of those information systems. This paper presents the result of an empirical study of a number of success factors for the implementation of e-learning, in particular organization management. The study utilized e-Learning Maturity Model (eMM) framework. Items from EMM were mapped into several corresponding variables. These variables were then measured using a survey. The survey involved 87 schools who were the participants of Information and Communication Technology Utilization for Educational Quality Enhancement Program (ICT EQEP) and it was conducted in Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using Student Version of SmartPLS 3.0 to test five hypotheses. Of the five hypotheses, three of them were supported by the data. Further analysis showed that organization management was necessary for successful implementation of e-learning.
