A Decision Support System for Evaluation of Decision Alternatives on Basis of a Network Criteria Model

摘要
A decision support system is developing for solving practical problems of decision alternatives' evaluation on the basis of a network criteria model. The main input data in the DSS are expert pairwise comparison judgments of the model's elements. Different mathematical methods are used in the DSS to evaluate the model, calculate local and aggregated weights of model's elements. It helps to increase reliability of resulting solutions. Sensitivity analysis tools implemented in the DSS allows to perform a sensitivity analysis of resulting weights and rankings of decision alternatives, find the most sensitive elements, which require more precise expert estimation.
