The "Interactive" Training Mode of Mechanical Engineering Innovative Talents Based on Win-wins of the College-enterprise

摘要
An "interactive" talents training mode was built facing the double-wins of college and enterprise, based on the actual needs for mechanical professional talents training, in this article. The advantage of this mode is allowing mechanical engineering students to achieve three "zero distance" contacts, college teachers to realize "three essential" changes, so that enterprises get three "substantive" benefits. The article focuses on the "interactive" talent cultivation conditions and the measures for the implementation of security model building, and the expectation on the basis into all aspects of mechanical personnel training, the long-term cooperation mechanism for the formation of a double-wins school-enterprise.
